We conduct an audit on your current human resources practices and processes. We recommend that this audit focus on the 3 most critical human resources related business issues for the company. We will then prepare a report detailing perceived shortfalls, recommendations for improvement and estimated timelines for implementation. Prior to commencing implementation, we will confirm timelines for implementation and the estimated cost of resources required.
