Profiling and Testing

At a client's request we provide a variety of tests, from the basic mechanical aptitude, written comprehension and spatial reasoning, as well as workplace behavioural profiling for either individuals or for teams through to full psychometric analysis.

The first three are able to be carried out in house, whilst for the latter one we engage the services of a very experienced industrial psychologist. We use the recommendations of these tests as part of our reference checking process.
